We’re seeking a CRM Campaign Managerwho’s passionate about driving order frequency & retention.Supporting the CRM Manager, you’ll be pivotal in planning,executing and measuring the success of personalised campaignsacross Email, Push, IAM & SMS channels. You will also play akey role in omnichannel trading initiatives such as new productlaunches!
This role will beworking on a hybrid basis from either our support centre in MiltonKeynes or Manchester circa once a week.
Your skills in time management, quality assurance, andinformed decision making will ensure you produce initiatives withmaximum sales & engagementopportunities.
Success in this role lookslike:
* Building upon solid CRM foundations (min 3 years CRMexperience).
* Confidencetranslating business requirements, strategy & insights intofeasible & impactful CRM deliverables, with clear correlationto metrics & KPIs.
* Effectivelybuilding omnichannel campaigns in-platform (Braze isdesirable).
* Writing basicdynamic content logic & HTML.
* Supporting peers on Quality Assurance to a highstandard.
* Collaborating withstakeholders from Brand, Creative, Trading, Data Analytics &Franchisee Relations effectively on cross-functionalinitiatives.
* Confidence usingworkflow/project management systems (Monday.com isdesirable).
