Learning Management System (LMS) and Qualifications Co-ordinator

This role will work as part of the wider Learning and Development team, with a focus on the Learning Management System (LMS) and co-ordination of specific professional qualifications.
Learning Management System (LMS) LCPLearn
* Become an expert user of the LMS – LCPLearn and authoring tools, being the key point of contact between LCP and the LMS provider.
* Set up, manage and configure the LMS to meet LCP’s needs.
* Create and manage online learning paths and courses. Develop content and continue to look at process improvements.
* Build ongoing relationships with key contacts in the firm to provide an advisory and consulting service when required on training requirements.
* Train and support users in navigating and utilising the LMS effectively, including managing access and permissions.
* Analyse and report on LMS data – including compliance reports.
* Maintain the LMS, including regular system checks and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Stay updated on LMS industry trends, tools and best practices.
* Provide feedback and recommendations for LMS improvements and upgrades.
Qualification Coordination
* Support students with tuition bookings, exam entry, and subsequent exam results.
* Liaise with students, study mentors, team leaders and external study suppliers as required.
* Ensure the smooth onboarding of new students into LCP study procedures.
* General study administration to include checking of invoices, credit card payments, updating study records and subscription renewal.
* Coordination in relation to apprenticeships as required.
General
* Remain up to date on developments within LCP and externally and be open to new initiatives for the department.
* Embrace a variety of tasks and projects, adjusting to the evolving needs of LCP.

What skills, qualities and experience are we looking for?
* Confidence and aptitude to build relationships across the firm with key people, and liaise, advise and consult with them.
* Technical aptitude with previous experience of an LMS or HRMS and good excel skills.
* Basic HTML knowledge (desirable).
* Knowledge of e-learning standards (eg SCORM) (desirable).
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* A willingness to continuously review how our approaches and processes can be developed and improved.
* Able to identify creative solutions and adopt a flexible approach to problem solving to meet the needs of key stakeholders.
* A professional, positive “can do” attitude and ability to take own initiative.
* An interest in how Learning & Development can add value to LCP.
* Able to work effectively in a team but also self-motivated to work autonomously.
* Well organised, able to follow processes and demonstrate attention to detail in work.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Enthusiastic, flexible and resilient; able to cope under pressure and deal with fluctuating workload.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
