Job Description Position: Service Delivery Manager Location: London Department: Fire Solutions Salary: £45,000- £50,000 pakage Purpose of the Role Deliver exceptional customer service through compliance, SLA, KPI adherence, and best practices in PPM and reactive repairs. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Directly manage field engineers and technicians. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with industry standards for all PPM and reactive services. Conduct regular audits and monitor engineer performance. Manage daily scheduling and allocation of service works. Recruit, mentor, and appraise staff to maintain team performance. Attend client meetings and generate growth opportunities with contracted clients. Collaborate across departments (Finance, HR, Purchasing, etc.). Monitor and prioritize outstanding works to increase revenue. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Health & Safety Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others, following all relevant policies and guidelines. Person Specification Essential Skills and Experience: Experience in service delivery and customer care. Knowledge of BS5839 and health & safety management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Competencies: Teamwork, communication, adaptability, and commercial awareness. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
