* 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
* Full uniform, PPE, phone & laptop provided
Your role will involve:

* Assisting with the management of our installs and service programme across our social housing portfolio
* Assisting our operational management team and planners in gaining access to properties and making contact with tenants
* Managing client relationships and working with them on access procedures, installation programmes and community engagement
* Taking first line responsibility for safe, efficient, and effective work delivery, as well as customer satisfaction
* Upholding PH Jones and British Gas company standards and policies at all times
Here’s what we’re looking for:
* Social Housing experience desired
* Great organisational skills are required, including knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Strong customer service skills and confidence in your dealings with both internal and external stakeholders
* A working knowledge and understanding of contract parameters and their implications
* An in-date driving license with no more than 6 points
