Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Glasgow

The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will have a varied and progressive position. Initially integrating into the business and assisting with existing local client commitments and then developing your role by identifying new customers and ultimately account managing as these grow in terms of their staffing requirements.
To help, you will have the support of the local branch and national resourcing team who will assist you with fulfilling the requirements of the new clients you bring on and those existing accounts who require support. Ultimately, we expect you to develop your skills to add client account management into your capabilities as the demands of customers expand by volume and skills requirements.
At the heart of what we offer clients is a desire to provide a first-class recruitment service, correctly providing the appropriately trained and skilled staff to meet their operational requirements, be that a skilled position or multiple hires.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Taking new bookings from clients and liaising with the relevant departments
* Generating new sales leads
* Booking client visits to discuss AM2PM products and services
* CV searching, booking interviews, and interviewing
* Managing your database daily with activity, including references
* Ensuring inductions, paperwork, and administration are compliant with REC guidelines and AWR and Home Office Rules & Regulations
* Utilising the company CRM to track progress and capture activities
Normal working hours are 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday – Friday
