Our Property Services Team are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join their team.
Property Services at Ocean provide trade services to our tenants and our Electricians provide Electrical duties within the Maintenance, Voids, Planned, Energy, Compliance and Heating Teams.
The position is permanent, full time (40 hours per week) with a salary of £38,491 per annum (plus 5% call out/multiskilled enhancement once probation completed)
Role
* You will work either alone or as part of a team undertaking duties of a qualified electrician on building maintenance, improvement work and new installations throughout our housing stock.
* You will be included in our out of hour’s service (after probation passed) which brings the additional benefit of overtime and of a 5% call out/multi-skilled salary enhancement.
* The role requires the ability for the post holder to hold basic skills in various trade disciplines and ensure works provided are of the highest quality, efficient and good value for money for our customers.
Qualifications
* It is essential you hold a full Electrical Qualification at level 3 or higher, or equivalent and a Full Clean Driving Licence
* You will also have experience of domestic and/or commercial related works
* Have up to date knowledge and understanding of Electricity at Work regulations
* Experience in providing excellent customer service and developing relationships
