Byddwch yn elwa ar becyn buddion sylweddol, gan gynnwys Cynllun Pensiwn Llywodraeth Leol, Tâl Salwch Galwedigaethol a buddion staff, yn cynnwys ceir aberthu cyflog, Beicio i’r Gwaith, gofal iechyd arian-yn-ôl, gwobrau gwasanaeth hir, gostyngiadau a llawer mwy.
Bydd angen agwedd bositif arnoch chi yn ogystal â sgiliau cyfathrebu ardderchog ac addysg o safon dda gan gynnwys TG gyda'r gallu i ddefnyddio'ch menter eich hun.
Bydd disgwyl i chi ddangos gonestrwydd a chyfrinachedd ar lefel uchel oherwydd pa mor hanfodol yw’r gwasanaeth i fywydau pobl a natur sensitif y gwasanaeth. Rhoddir hyfforddiant llawn.
Mae’r gallu i gyfathrebu drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg yn hanfodol.

Galw Gofal is a bilingual 24 hour call monitoring service which provides help & support for Older & Vulnerable people to maintain their independence and to the general public with Out of Hours emergencies e.g. Housing repairs.
You will provide services that include the monitoring of Telecare, Lone Workers & Out of Hours calls.
Due to contract extensions and business growth, Galw Gofal is looking for a self-motivated individual to join the team of call response & support officers. Is this person you?

The ability to communicate through the medium of English and Welsh is essential.
