About The Role
Due to the expansion of our Nursery at Drighlington, Leeds we are looking for a Room Leader to work as part of the leadership team in providing exceptional childcare within our Nursery. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress from the Practitioner level (min. Level 3) or a Deputy Room Leader role.
As a Room Leader at Muddy Boots, you will lead a team to ensure that all children receive high-quality care and support, are kept safe, and receive rich and stimulating play experiences that meet their individual learning needs, all whilst having a tonne of fun every day!

For This Role, We Require You To Have
* A relevant Early Years Qualification
* Over 1 year of experience working in an Early Years / Nursery setting (essential)
* Over 1 year of experience working in a childcare environment (preferred)
