Our Client specialises in providing utilities for businesses across the UK. They currently seek a detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. Duties include: Submitting contracts to suppliers via portals & Microsoft docs. Submitting termination and information requests to suppliers. Audit sales submitted by consultants and update CRM systems. Generating and submitting customer correspondence. Liaising with the customer service team with any contract issues. Supporting the Sales team with feedback on all aspects of quality, including voice files, CRM & sales techniques. (Direct Sales, AM & CAT). Speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone to resolve queries. Key Skills required: Meticulous with quality assurance, quick to learn new things and adapts well to change. Customer focused Prioritising own work loads, taking ownership of tasks and following through.
