This is a unique and brand new position for a technical support manager to join one of the most respected manufacturers of high quality aluminium windows, doors and specialist double glazing products in the UK.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage internal sales support and estimators, ensuring effective workload management.
* Liaise with internal teams and the production facility to ensure timely and complete manufacturing of windows and doors from point of order.
* Work closely with the head of sales and MD.
* Ensure transparency from order input to finished goods from a customer satisfaction perspective.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a technical support manager or customer services manager.
* Experience in a window production facility with a general understanding of glazing manufacturing.
