Job Description
International Payroll Manager
* Total ownership of multiple international payrolls (predominantly European)
* Provide guidance and payroll-related advice to the team
* Insights to stakeholders on policies, procedures, etc.
* End-to-end payroll processing
* Risk minimisation and documentation of issues for later resolution
* Be the POC for payroll escalation - accountable for compliance, vendor selection, implementation, streamlining, and more
The Successful Applicant
* International/Global payroll exposure
* Strong team communication - interpersonal skills essential, collaboration with the global team
* Ability to manage 3rd party providers - numerous locations
* Exposure and understanding of multiple payroll/HR platforms
* Multiple frequency exposure (monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, etc.)
* Personal management - high productivity
* Information gathering of procedures, bottlenecks, etc. to identify streamlining opportunities
* Able to commute to Slough - Hybrid
