Our client is a well-respected company with a strong forward order book of work offering works in and around London. They are looking to add a senior land surveyor to their team who has gained experience either setting out for construction, doing monitoring surveys, or using an Amberg track trolly to do rail surveys.
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience of land surveying and processing of data from projects to join their team working on different schemes in London. You will be part of a large team and report into a project manager whilst being responsible for the production of progress reports produced from survey data processed in the office.
They are also able to offer exposure to a range of projects across the build and civil engineering sectors, from the smallest to the largest schemes and also encourage their employees to continue their own professional development. Duties include -
Dimensional control
Undertaking surveys on site
Lead survey projects and teams
Manage a project on site
Regular communication with various stakeholders such as clients
Maintaining equipment
Asbuilts
QA and H&S
Requirements for this position -
A land surveying qualification is preferable, but a relevant qualification is acceptable also
Able to display previous experience in a similar role
CSCS card
