Key Responsibilities:

* Advise and represent clients in complex commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, and insurance coverage issues.
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case strategies.
* Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
