We work with some huge FMCG brands and have developed a strong niche in designing and building web-based promotional solutions.
The Website Project Manager’s responsibilities will primarily be to support an established development team across multiple projects and brands that the agency represents. You will not only have experience in web, digital, technology and social media activations but you will have a love of working in and solving digital challenges.
We need excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail. Experience in FMCG and retail sectors will be a bonus.
Key skills/requirements
* Day-to-day project/account management across a range of web-based solutions.
* Review briefs & scopes of work – plot requirements into Paymo and schedule tasks to team members.
* Ongoing scheduling and team delivery management.
* Scope creep and change requests management.
* QA – User Testing – have a detailed and methodical way of working.
* Produce weekly internal project status/reports.
* Ongoing project completion reports + case study creation.
* Weekly client/project reporting.
* Day-to-day team communications across the agency – front/back end development, creative/design & account handling teams.
* Ad-hoc, small project delivery rapid delivery.
Key experience
* 1+ years in managing web/digital/technical projects.
* Detail-orientated with web/technical systems, programs & process experience.
* Excellent client service – written and verbal – not scared to pick up the phone!
* Managing multiple projects at once, with a calmness under pressure.
* Understanding of web design and build processes and terminology.
Advantageous experience
* Background in website and technical development.
* Interest in technology, hardware, software and media.
* Ecommerce.
* UX/IA.
* Shopify, Amazon product builds.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 based on experience + benefits
