The Role: As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee maintenance operations, ensuring the optimal condition, cost, and efficiency of the site ’ s assets. This role requires a mix of administrative and hands-on involvement (approximately 80/20 split), making it ideal for candidates looking to progress into a management role. Key responsibilities include: Maximi s ing production performance by maintaining and optimizing plant equipment. Implementing a structured preventative maintenance program to support business objectives. Leading and motivating a multiskilled maintenance team, ensuring accountability and addressing performance issues where necessary. Enhancing operational efficiency by minimi s ing waste and improving energy usage. Collaborating with senior management on site operations, capital projects, and budget control. The Person: It is anticipated that the successful candidate will come from a similar background and will be looking for the next challenge in their career. Self-starting and motivated, applicants will also need to satisfy the following: A strong electrical bias with robust mechanical abilities.
