About the role As a Graduate Project Support Coordinator, you will report to a Managed Service Delivery Portfolio Manager, supporting the senior management team in coordinating activities, managing project data, and ensuring effective reporting. You'll work across multiple projects, assisting Project Managers with large-scale initiatives and managing smaller projects independently. This role is ideal for someone passionate about project management, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to delivering our "Exceptional Service as a Standard" (ESaaS) ethos. What will you be doing? Develop and maintain the Portfolio library, filing, recording, and reporting systems. Coordinate the production of Portfolio Health reporting. Coordinate the production of Portfolio revenue WIP reporting. Setup and maintain Portfolio Management systems and data. Undertake administrative tasks as specified by the Managed Services Delivery Senior Management Team. Update and maintain project documentation and reporting. Take clear and concise meeting minutes. Implement and update resources plans needed for projects, taking account of availabilities and scheduling. Apply appropriate project coordination methodologies and tools. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Represent Managed Services and Node4 service interests both within the Node4 ecosystem and externally. Consistently demonstrate and champion ESaaS (Exceptional Service as a Standard) & associated Level 4 behaviours – acting as a role model & ambassador for Node4. Proactively develop effective and mutually productive relationships across all departments within Node4 through behaviour and approaches in line with the Expectations of Leadership.
