The biggest attribute of the business is their local expertise and amazing team. Management Accounts Assistant - What will I be doing? This role will appeal to someone who enjoys variety and who has the flexibility to adapt to suit the needs of the business with your meticulous attention to detail, a good head for figures and, ideally, 3 years experience within a Finance department. Some of the duties include. Credit Control. Monitor payments and issue reminder letters and taking legal action if required. Entering payments. Producing service charge accounts (annually & quarterly). Collating figures for VAT returns. Maintaining the property management accounting system. Administration of Management Companies. Any other duties that may arise from time to time in relation to property management accounting. Utility Administration Management Accounts Assistant - What experience do I need? 3 years working within a finance environment Excellent administration and organisational skills Confident in dealing with figures Experience of working with Xero training will be given on in house software.
