Cust omer Sales Advisor Derby £23,000 Great commission/bonus structure (OTE £5,000) As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be working within our clients inbound/outbound sales team, creating client opportunities for our Advisors from our existing client base. They are looking for someone who is a great relationship builder, has a wealth of experience within customer service and desirable someone who has worked within a sales targeted environment. Full training will be provided and experience in a fast-paced sales environment would be beneficial but not essential. Responsibilities: Handling incoming calls from clients and establish the type of service they require. Making outbound calls to clients to understand their needs and generate appointments. Finding solutions to clients needs and ensure they receive the right advice for their circumstances. Building long lasting relationships with our customers. Maintain a sales database to ensure client contact is consistent and in line with our clients journey.
