Senior Pensions Administrator Wolverhampton Up to £35,000
Our client are a National IFA with offices across the country looking to grow naturally and look to become the top IFA in the UK. They offer flexible working and are looking for an experienced pensions administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Day to day administration of Group Personal Pension Schemes
2. Dealing with Auto-enrolment duties Re-enrolment and Re-declaration of Compliance
3. Liaise with other third parties as required, such as, but not limited to Insurance Companies, the Pensions Regulator, HMRC, Accountants, Auditors, Actuaries and Solicitors.
4. Attend and fully contribute in team meetings with the occupational schemes team and the wider corporate team, discussing internal and client matters.
5. Operate within and adhere to the Companys existing and continually developing operating systems, compliance regulations and procedures.
6. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory aspects of pensions administration and follow administration procedures at all times.
7. Work with colleagues to ensure a team approach in delivering a high standard of service to all corporate clients and scheme members reporting any compliance issues or suspected compliance breaches to the Compliance Manager as soon as possible.
8. Support the hybrid advisers in the corporate team to provide a high-class administration service for corporate clients and scheme members.
9. Maintain detailed data records on all corporate clients and scheme members ensuring they are kept up to date and accurate at all times.
10. Build and Maintain relationships with corporate clients and scheme members to ensure a professional service at all times.
