We are looking for someone to to work predominately with Policing Plus and will also oversee our Trainer Essentials programme, which ensures our trainers meet the standards laid down by the College of Policing. If you are highly organised individual and able to think innovatively this could be the perfect role for you. The successful candidate will be responsible for not only checking the quality of the training provided and the content of the training programme itself but also evaluating the effectiveness of the training within the workplace to ascertain whether the training is fit for purpose or requires adjustment. Essential Qualifications Educated to QCF Level 3 or equivalent work experience plus QCF Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development or Management and QCF Level 2 In English and Maths Essential Experience Proven experience within a Learning & Development or Leadership & Management role. Proven experience within Schemes of at least one of Investigation, Intelligence, Leadership & Management, PCSO or Contact Management.
