What’s involved?
As pastry chef de partie, you will be working alongside their Head Pastry Chef who has been with the hotel for over 25 years now. The wealth of expertise will be passed on to you and is one of the major benefits of joining such a reputable kitchen.
All pastry items and bread are made on site and they are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with at least 5 years experience in a 4-5 star kitchen, ideally with the majority of time working in or looking after pastry.
