Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Financial Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored planning. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Duties
1. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' needs and objectives.
2. Develop customised financial plans that encompass investments, retirement, estate planning, and risk management.
3. Monitor clients' financial progress and make adjustments to their plans as necessary.
4. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding their financial decisions.
5. Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the financial services industry.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
7. Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and solicitors, to provide holistic financial advice.
Skills
1. Strong knowledge of financial services and products, and retirement planning.
2. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client engagement.
4. Proficient in using financial planning software and tools.
5. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple client portfolios.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. A commitment to continuous professional development in the field of finance.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Level 4 Diploma (DipFA)
