The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who will be able to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to all guests entering the showroom or over the phone. The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, owning the customer experience from booking services/repairs to handover or delivery ensuring communication is kept at all times. You will support the service desk with all customer aftersales queries, ensuring all issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is paramount to your daily tasks. Driving sales through products and services, you will become a valued member of both sales and service teams whilst maintaining the showroom standards throughout. What we are looking for in a Product and Customer Service Executive: Excellent customer service skills and previous knowledge of working within a similar role. Ability to manage a high workload and ensure work is completed to a high standard. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for the industry. Ability to deliver exceptional product knowledge. Sales driven and able to deliver the objectives and targets set. Strong administration and computer skills. Full UK driving license.
