An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Ratby Primary School as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant on a fixed term basis until 25th August 2025. The successful candidate will be required to work as a 1:1 learning support assistant within KS2, supporting a child with challenging behavior in the classroom and at lunchtime. You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 12pm to 3pm. We are looking to appoint an individual with a passion and commitment to supporting children’s needs, excellent communication skills to liaise with parents and other educational professionals, and the ability to contribute to our established KS2 team.

The ideal candidate will:
1. Have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in Teaching and Learning
2. Have experience working in a classroom environment
3. Have good literacy and numeracy skills
4. Have excellent communication skills
