They manage a small but important team, and work across a wider digital healthcare team to effectively build the health and pharmacy retail plan online. Specifically the role includes: End-to-end management of the Digital Healthcare P&L, responsible for monitoring and driving KPI's to deliver overall digital pharmacy performance. Develop ways of working for a matrixed team of pharmacy & digital experts – then leading the new digital pharmacy team including people management (direct and dotted line) ·As part of medium- and long-term transformation plans, visualising and explaining a refreshed digital pharmacy customer experience, making recommendations to pharmacy and digital leadership teams and leading the development of the future roadmap. ·Strategic data analysis of KPIs to inform decision-making of new programs and plans, whilst ensuring transformation projects have landed successfully against KPIs Comfortable in leading daily activities including the optimising of customer journeys, SEO, content, marketing, and other online levers Analyse market trends using internal and external tools to review how Boots measures against its competitors, creating an action plan to win back market share Engage, manage, and influencing multiple company partners across varying departments including working with marketing to develop an effective CRM programme What you’ll need to have Strong digital experience in the health or pharmacy sector, with an understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing approaches. Comfortable commercially; able to analyse financial and customer metrics; use data and insight to increase performance. A leader who is willing to think differently and to motivate others to achieve new successes within a tough competitive landscape Excellent partner management –the ability to engage, influence and hold to account the team, peers and senior partners. Informed marketing plans and making decisions to increase the online customer experience. Experience of multiagency working with a variety of marketing teams preferred.
