Job : Corporate Reception / FOH
Duration : 12 month fixed term contract

Salary : up to £ 40,000 depending on experience

Our client in the corporate sector has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join the organisation for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will be 5 days on site in Central London. This role has an ideal start date of Mid March 2025.
Duties to include ( but not limited to ) :
* Meet and greet visitors,
* Support with other administrative duties.
* Opening or closing the reception, shifts are between 8 am and 6 pm.
* Welcome all visitors, assisting as necessary, and log information
* Ensure that reception and waiting room areas are always presentable
* Answer the switchboard and deal with enquiries or transfer calls as necessary
* Take messages and forward to appropriate staff members
* Process post, including franking and dealing with incoming and outgoing courier packages
* Document and manage off-site storage
* Maintain staff diary
* Order stationary as required
* Other tasks, including fire warden duties, arranging transport for staff and visitors, and more
