Project Business Change Analyst
Contract: Fixed term, until end of 2025
Location: Edinburgh (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)
Expected starting salary: £35,120 - £43,900

The Job
At Aegon, our People team is dedicated to putting our employees at the heart of everything we do. The Project Business Change Analyst, reporting to the Reward Manager, will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of business processes, stakeholders, and systems during a large-scale change project. This position involves supporting communication and training activities, engaging stakeholders to drive change adoption, and managing key transition activities. Additionally, the role includes a small element of project management support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Management Support: Assist the project team in preparing reports and presentations for various stakeholder forums, while coordinating meeting agendas, updating decision logs, and following up on actions.
* Communication and Training Support: Build and maintain the project SharePoint site and colleague engagement materials, including FAQs, while coordinating the production and delivery of individual colleague communications, supporting the development and delivery of training materials, and managing logistics for training events and in-person training activities.
* Implementation Support: Ensure data integrity according to defined business rules to support system migration, while supporting testing activities and helping resolve issues identified during testing.
* Project Management Support: Assist the project manager with scheduling, preparation, and follow-up action planning for key project governance forums, particularly related to stakeholder management responsibilities.
