As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving campus recruitment efforts by developing and implementing targeted strategies to attract top university talent. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, manage on-campus events to engage potential candidates, assess and select candidates, coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and utilize campus insights to optimize recruitment strategies. Manage internship and graduate recruitment programs. Build a robust talent pipeline and enhance the organisation's presence. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Candidate Assessments is required. Recruiting Systems at an Expert level of proficiency is recommended. Recruitment Process Design, Regulatory Compliance, Branding, and Candidate Interviewing at Advanced or Expert proficiency levels are suggested.
