Job Responsibilities:
* Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit software
* Able to review 3rd party Revit files and prepare MEP model and understand clash detection
* Able to develop product library or Revit families
* Able to prepare drawing standards
* Knowledge of building services MEP products
* Able to liaise with architect and other design team consultants
* Able to draw 2D & 3D drawings, including sections & elevations
* Able to take on deadlines pressure
* Keep products library up to date
* Good team player and motivated
* Be punctual and willing to excel
Remuneration:
* Salary up to £32K (subject to experience)
* 1x yearly bonus
* 1x day WFH
