Job summary This is an exciting opportunity to join the Team at Laureate House in a role that supports demand and capacity. The Senior Practitioner for Flow will have oversight of bed demand in the Manchester Care Group and work closely with the nursing and operational team to support timely admission and discharges. The post holder will link in with the Trust wide bed management hub to maintain clear communication and there is also am opportunity for some further development of this role to work closely with the newly formed Integrated discharge Team and other VSCE partners. Main duties of the job Promote effective patient flow based on individual service users care pathways whilst ensuring least restrictive practice and optimizing lengths of stay and support the GMMH Trust wide goal to reduce out of area placements. To promote and facilitate timely admissions and discharges within inpatient unit through safe, timely and effective bed management.
