What skills and experience we're looking for
THE ROLE
We seek to appoint an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant to support the office manager with the day to day functions of the school office from 0900 -1300 Monday -Friday.
We are looking for a positive person who is able to multitask and work in a busy environment. We would like the Admin Assistant to be able to quickly form strong working relationships with staff and be able to welcome visitors to the school warmly and professionally. A large part of the role will be communicating with parents and visitors face to face and on the telephone, so we are looking for excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In return we can offer you training appropriate to the role, as well as full safeguarding training.
MID-YEAR ADJUSMENTS – TERM TIME/TERM TIME PLUS
Salary payments are averaged out over the 12 months of the Academic Year, if you begin employment with the Trust, during the Academic Year or you have changes made to your contract, a Mid-Year Adjustment calculation will be made. This is to ensure that employees are only paid for work they will do over the remaining months of the Academic Year. This is worked out based on working days of the term time calendar not an equal division of full months to be worked.
