Location: Museum Depot at Acton, London.
Contract: Permanent PART TIME 21 Hours per week (Set days Monday, Tuesday & Friday)

Overview of project/role
To assist the Warehouse Logistics Manager (WLM) in delivering effective warehouse and logistic support for all trading activities at London Transport Museum. This includes organizing and controlling stock at LTM's Acton Depot for delivery to various locations, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the WLM in managing and controlling all stock at LTM's Acton depot and implementing new processes to improve stock efficiencies.
* Assist with handling goods in, retail storage, and delivery of stock as needed.
* Ensure stock is received accurately and in good condition, reporting issues to the retail Merchandising team.
* Ensure deliveries are made to customers according to schedules, with correct packaging and labeling.
* Conduct accurate inventories and stock checks as requested by the Trading Team.
* Complete paperwork and EPOS system updates daily for effective stock control.
* Support off-site events as required by the Special Projects & Off-Site Sales Manager.
* Assist with logistics and dispatch of special projects and setup of photographic shoots.
* Adhere to all necessary Health & Safety requirements.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Knowledge
* Knowledge of stock control and management in a warehouse environment (essential).
* Organized and methodical with attention to detail.
* Team player with good interpersonal skills.
* Competency in Microsoft Excel.
Skills
* Health & Safety awareness (essential).
* Clean Driving Licence (essential).
* Valid counterbalance and Reach Forklift Licence (essential).
* Ability to drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle (essential).
Experience
* Experience in a retail warehouse capacity.
* Forklift driving experience.
* Driving in busy traffic environments.
