£28,000 - £30,000 + commission (OTE £40,000)
We're hiring an Internal Sales Account Manager! You will focus on growing sales by working with both new and existing customers. You will identify account growth opportunities, introduce new products, and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with existing customers to identify sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
Generate new business by contacting lapsed and new customers to reintroduce products and services
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets
Promote marketing campaigns and product initiatives
Process orders via the company's webshop and internal systems
Collaborate with the Sales Support team to manage accounts and administrative tasks
Keep customer and market data updated and report on customer feedback
Identify hardware sales opportunities and liaise with the Hardware Sales team
Handle inbound sales calls and inquiriesKey Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in outbound sales and account management with a focus on business development
Strong ability to build and grow profitable customer relationships
