Job Title: L&D Facilitator
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced L&D Facilitator responsible for delivering a wide range of learning solutions and programmes. The role focuses on training delivery and coaching, engaging audiences, and providing positive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Facilitating blended learning induction programs for new hires.
* Delivering training using a mix of in-person and online tools.
* Conducting ad-hoc training sessions to address specific skills or knowledge gaps.
* Gathering feedback and adjusting training programmes accordingly.
* Identifying training gaps and collaborating to address them.
* Coaching colleagues to improve quality and performance.
* Ensuring training materials are current and compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Facilitating classroom and online Trinity Claims training, including induction and other sessions based on business needs.
* Integrating new hires into the company culture and clarifying their roles.
* Creating engaging learning environments that inspire behavioral change.
* Using innovative training techniques to maintain audience engagement.
Skills and Attributes Required:
* Proven experience in L&D, especially in training delivery.
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
* Ability to motivate diverse audiences.
* Positive attitude and passion for learning and development.
* Team player with a proactive attitude.
* Adaptability to different subject focuses, such as systems training or customer service.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read the room and adapt.
* Comfort in addressing behavioral concerns and overcoming barriers.
