Project Support Officer - Winchester / Southampton Area - £25,000 - £34,000
Project Support Officer / Project Administrator required to join a growing engineering company based in the Winchester area.
The successful Project Support Officer will support the Project Management team and will be responsible for the provision of multiple aspects of project administration associated with design and build projects, from the tendering stage to delivery through administration of budgets, procurement, planning, project reporting, processing of project timesheets, and recording of minutes.
This role will require strict adherence to customer's specifications and standards, the preparation of accurate project and financial reports, and the ability to develop excellent working relationships with suppliers.
The Package:
Salary - £25,000 - £34,000 (DOE)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Working Hours - 8:30-17:00 (Monday-Thursday) 8:30-16:30 (Friday)

Prime Responsibilities and Duties
1. Updating action registers and project finance tracking spreadsheets
2. Producing minutes of meetings and facilitating meetings
3. Document control and maintaining project Risk Registers
4. Assistance with preparation of monthly progress and finance reports
5. Utilising/updating web-based report tools
6. Project administration support for design and build projects
7. Managing procurement of bought-out items
8. Helping develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers
9. Accurately recording minutes of meetings
10. Supporting Engineers and Project Managers
11. Responsible for quality assurance of projects
Required Skills
1. Previous project administration experience or similar
2. Experience in an engineering business preferred
3. Documentation control experience
4. Use of computer software including MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
