We are looking for highly motivated person to join the Subject Access Request Team in a brand-new role. This person must have experience in SARs as you will play a key role providing the administration of SARs at UHBW across the Bristol and Weston sites while being a point of contact for the team. You will therefore require knowledge of GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as well as an understanding of Information Governance. You will need to possess excellent communication skills and have a working knowledge of Health Records. It is essential that you are a well organised, self-motivated individual and be able to adapt to the needs of the service.

Responsible for supporting the Health Records Team Leader with operational leadership of the Health Records Department, its performance, quality, resourcing (including leading on the Subject Access Request Team), auditing and training.
Although currently the department works solely with paper files you will be part of a team that will help UHBW move more to an electronic system and you will play a major role in the department moving forward and achieving this goal.
