The specialist school supports students with varying social, emotional and mental health needs. In the role of a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting students that have additional needs, with some facing challenges relating to developmental trauma and neglect. Your role is to provide these young people with the required consistency and patience in order to help them achieve an education. Students at this school will benefit from 1-1 guidance and support, helping them to regulate their thoughts and process their emotions in a healthy manner.
