A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Nutritional focused Chef to join Restaurant Associates delivering world class hospitality for our partner February to December.
This role requires the successful applicant to travel and work abroad for approximately half of the year beside a high performance team within Formula 1.

As the Nutritional Chef, you will be responsible for designing and preparing balanced, nutritious meals that align with a high performing F1 team. You will co-lead a team of chefs, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Creativity, a passion for healthy cooking, and strong leadership skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Menu Development: Create innovative, health-focused menus that cater to diverse dietary needs (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, low-calorie).
2. Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage a team of chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment.
3. Nutritional Expertise: Collaborate with nutritionists and dietitians to ensure all meals meet specific nutritional standards.
4. Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
5. Sustainability: Source fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients, promoting eco-friendly practices.
6. Customer Engagement: Interact with clients/customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with a passion for nutrition and culinary innovation. You should be both a leader and a hands-on chef who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Essential Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a kitchen.
2. Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary trends.
3. Culinary qualifications.
4. Nutritional qualifications / experience in dietetics is desirable however not essential.
5. Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
6. Creativity and flair for presenting visually appealing, healthy dishes.
7. Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
