Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects/programmes, ensuring they align with strategic objectives. Project/Programme Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in. Governance & Reporting: Ensure project governance, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively resolving issues. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability. Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies and best practices. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project/programme budgets and allocate resources effectively. Change Management: Manage change control processes to minimise disruption and maximise benefits. Technology & Tools: Utilise project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) to streamline workflows and reporting. Who are we looking for?
