Your Work Pattern 5 days over 7 / must have availability to cover some weekends and all weekday patterns between 07:30am to 7.30pm if required (rota to be discussed)
What You'll Be Doing Deliver an outstanding resident experience, fostering a strong sense of community
Oversee all site operations, ensuring high standards in maintenance, safety, and security
Develop and implement a Resident Engagement Strategy, leading on events and initiatives
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and building security measures
Manage contractor services for maintenance, cleaning, and facilities upkeep
Oversee tenancy processes, including applications, Right to Rent checks, and move-ins/outs
Work closely with the leasing team to ensure apartments are marketed and let efficiently
Manage budgets, optimize operational costs, and seek opportunities for additional income
Lead and develop an on-site team, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficiency
What You'll Bring Experience in residential property management or a similar leadership role
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking systems
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH and risk assessments
A proactive, problem-solving approach, able to work under pressure and drive improvements
Experience managing teams and working collaboratively with external stakeholders
Qualifications such as ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH (desirable, but training provided!)
