We are looking for a finance administrator to grow our team even more. To support the finance and credit control team with administrative tasks such as dealing with incoming post, emails, and telephone calls, providing excellent customer service to our customers.
If you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, can complete administration tasks in an accurate and timely manner, are keen to develop new skills and maybe have an interest in a career in Finance, this could be the perfect starting block for you.
Duties include
* You will liaise internally with the various teams within Premex Services and externally with a wide range of solicitors and insurance companies. Communication methods consist of telephone calls, email or written.
* You will be responsible for dealing with and the distribution of all incoming post and emails.
* You will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls received by the finance and credit control department, where you will deal with general enquiries.
* You will be required to assist the credit controllers by contacting solicitors and insurers to chase payment and/or request updates on outstanding fees.
* You will assist the cashiers and credit controllers with complex payment reconciliations.
* You will be required to carry out administrative tasks, with a large amount of paperwork and spreadsheets.
* Maintain a very high standard of customer service that we pride ourselves with.
* Adhere to the team rotas and complete all tasks within the allocated timescale.
You should be

Premex is based in Horwich Bolton and is easily commutable by public transport. The role is Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.30 to 17.00. The role is 37.5 hours per week.
