Senior Occupational Therapist
Location: Lancashire
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 35 hours per week

What You’ll Do:
* Manage a caseload of service users with complex needs, using your specialist skills in neurological rehabilitation.
* Lead on occupational therapy provision, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to establish and achieve holistic rehabilitation goals.
* Conduct detailed assessments, formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure effectiveness.
* Provide clinical leadership, mentoring junior staff and ensuring high standards in risk assessments and documentation.
* Liaise with service users, families, and external professionals, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring exceptional care.
* Address occupational performance deficits in areas such as self-care, productivity, and leisure, to help service users improve their quality of life.
About You:
* A qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with HCPC, with experience in neurological rehabilitation.
* Confident in managing a complex caseload, with excellent communication, report writing, and risk assessment skills.
* Able to supervise and train junior staff, contributing to the development of the team.
* A proactive problem-solver, with a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care.
* A valid UK driving licence holder.
