Interim HR Business Partner
* Day Rate: £150 - £235 per day (could be more via Umbrella)

Reed HR have partnered with a company in Kent who are seeking a proactive and experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join the team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is adept at managing multiple HR initiatives and providing high-level strategic HR support.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation’s goals.
* Provide guidance on complex HR issues, including change management, talent development, and employee relations.
* Lead the design and delivery of employee training and development programs.
* Analyse trends in employee engagement and retention to recommend improvements.
* Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan as well as participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
* Drive HR functional excellence through process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
* CIPD qualification is preferred.
