Apprentice School Finance Administrator. 35 hours per week/38 weeks per year. Apprenticeship Scale We are looking for a strong candidate wishing to work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification. You will assist the Bursar in the accurate processing of the school's finance and whole school administration. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual that is confident on computers, looking for a future career in education administration. Excellent communication skills are essential to this role as you will need to liaise with staff, students and visitors on a regular basis. You will be able to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Apprentice to join a successful, progressive and happy school. Key responsibilities will include: Providing admin support throughout the school office, including the school finance system, educational visits and the Evolve system, meeting and greeting parents and visitors, answering telephone and email queries.
