Prepare presentations (with Microsoft office 365) for management meetings in Japanese. Make monthly, seasonal reports to Mizuno Japan and daily sales report. Liaise with other Mizuno Japan departments, and take an appropriate action as instructed. Translate business documents and provide interpretation as requested. Produce regular monthly reports for the EMEA management team. Provide general administrative support to the EMEA team. Assist Japanese expats with documentation requirements during their stay in the UK. (e.g. Passport renewals, driving licences, birth certificates, bank accounts.) Co-ordinate and administer charity requests to the business. Point of contact for communications from Mizuno Japan where necessary in the absence of Head of EMEA Finance & Admin. Assist visitors from Mizuno Japan and other global offices with accommodation & travel arrangements as required. Support global sustainability project. In addition to these duties and responsibilities, the job holder may be required to carry out other tasks assigned by their manager. Key Skills Fluent Written and Spoken Japanese and English. Interpretation / translation experience. Excellent Communication skills. Experience in Excel, Powerpoint and Word and Microsoft Office to intermediate level. Excellent organisation skills. This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
