Job Title: Water Treatment Contracts Manager
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire.
Salary / Benefits: £35k - £65k OTE plus car and excellent benefits
Market leading Water Treatment business is seeking to expand their Senior Management team with the acquisition of a new Accounts/ Contracts Manager; the client is ideally seeking a candidate with a long term track record in managing commercial, healthcare/ HTM works, able to perform operationally whilst being commercially savvy. Experience & Qualifications:
1. Experience working within Water Treatment/ Water Hygiene as an Accounts or Contracts Manager.
2. Excellent leadership, sales and client facing skills.
3. Competency in HTM0401, HSG274 and ACOP L8 guidelines.
4. Able to organise workload efficiently.
5. Excellent communication skills, able to build excellent professional relationships.
6. Experience / knowledge of reverse osmosis systems would be beneficial to the role.
The Role:
1. Managing an established portfolio of Accounts for commercial and healthcare clients, ensuring compliance to HTM041 and HSG274.
2. Identifying commercial opportunities within Accounts to sell further services, chemicals products and equipment.
3. Upgrading of accounts, sourcing new business and ensuring contract renewals through good service.
4. Acting as first point of contact for clients; providing support, technical advice and troubleshooting.
5. Overseeing a team of Engineers, ensuring timely delivery of PPM service and hygiene tasks, C&D works and remedials.
6. Mobilising of new contracts and working to agreed client timescales.
7. Attending client pre start and progress meetings.
8. Organising works with subcontractors, arranging for materials and equipment where required.
