Job Title: Strategist/Senior Strategist - brand innovation Holidays: 20 days per year + bank hols pro-rata
As we continue to expand our client base we are now looking for someone to bring next level thinking to our projects. We are looking to find a super creative, brand world-savvy Senior Strategist who is fuelled by the joy of the new - who finds a ‘eureka moment’ in the supermarket, shower or by the laptop.
We are looking for someone who is creatively empowered, confident and sparkly to help champion our business.
We win against the ‘big boy’ agencies because we are unapologetically single-minded in our belief that the best way to innovate is to stay creative through bringing new inspiration to the table.
You love working with brands, and see the ‘woods for the trees’ amongst a litany of brand ambitions, business realities, consumer insights and untapped inspo.
The thought of learning and delivering some industry-leading innovation tools gets you V excited.
At the heart of it all you’re a creative problem-solver, driven by the best path to finding the ‘big idea’.
You love to ‘chat brand’, coming at innovation from a brand and consumer-first perspective. You geek out at ads, POS and packaging.
Likewise you live and breathe all things trend and culture, you are always spotting the now and next and have an inherent ability to translate newness into a tangible ‘so what’ for our brand partners.
Are an information sponge and an analysis whizz, disseminating information, punctuated always with the ‘so what’?
Love engaging with consumers and excel at finding and being inspired by experts to enrich projects.

Bachelor's degree in a field related to design, strategy, consumer research or innovation.

A track record in working in fast-moving consumer goods.
