This is an entry-level position. You will have an outgoing personality, real drive and energy, and a thirst for knowledge. You will also have the ability to deal with a wide range of people, be friendly and polite at all times, be a good listener, and a quick learner. You must also have experience in Excel/Word. It is very likely that you will be a car enthusiast and you will be expected to quickly gain an encyclopaedic knowledge of the obp Motorsport range.
We are seeking a full-time sales/admin assistant to work within the Sales & Marketing team here at obp Motorsport. Being part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You will assist in the day-to-day duties of the business, from answering the phone/emails to raising invoices and purchase orders.
Main Purpose of Job Role:
1. Report to Sales & Marketing Manager
2. Answer incoming phone calls and emails
3. Process invoices/sales orders
4. Process purchase orders
5. Communicate with the Stores Supervisor – prioritising invoices, stock issues, overstock, old stock, back orders, etc.
6. The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time
