Would you be interested in a career within the NHS as Bank Band 4 Nursing Associate and Bank Band 5 Community Nurse in the community nursing team? Are you passionate about providing a patient-centered support service and want to deliver excellent and compassionate care to people over the age of 18 that live in Bedfordshire? We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic person who has excellent communication, IT literacy, and problem-solving skills alongside a passion for patient-centered care. You will work corporately within our Primary Care Team and will be supporting the Community Nurses in Bedford and the wider MDT to provide high-quality care to housebound residents who live with a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.

The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible and assist colleagues in covering service needs, which will include working across the wider integrated team. Access to a car in order to carry out service duties is essential.
A full induction program will be provided.
The Community Nursing Service operates between 08:00 to 21:00 hours and the working pattern will include a variety of rotational shifts which will include weekend, evening, and Bank Holiday working.
Time: 09:00 am - 16:00 pm (Come prepared to be interviewed on the day)
Morning registration: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (We won't accept candidates for the morning session after this time)
Morning Interview: 10 am - 12:30 pm
Afternoon registration: 12:30 - 13:00 pm (We won't accept candidates for the afternoon session after this time)
Afternoon Interview: 13:00 - 16:00 pm
