As a key member of the team, you will provide tailored Maths instruction to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering both academic and personal growth. About You: Experience : Prior experience working within SEMH or alternative provisions is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to the diverse needs of our students. Develop and implement strategies that promote both academic success and emotional well-being. Work collaboratively with our team to create a supportive, safe learning environment. The ideal teacher would have had previous experience working in a similar setting and have a passion for supporting students who have difficulties in mainstream schools, keeping them engaged and wanting to learn, breaking down any barriers they have previously had towards education.
